If you love pecan pie, you’ll go crazy for this easy pecan pie cake! It’s a homemade cake with sugary pecans baked inside. Best served with ice cream! Prep Time:  15 minutes Cook Time:  35 minutes Ingredients First Cake Layer: 1 ½ cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 large egg 2/3 cup sugar ½ cup canola oil 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk 1 cup chopped pecans Second Cake Layer 1/4 cup butter melted 1 large egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 cup chopped pecans Instructions Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Super Easy Twix Pound Cake Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Total Time: 30 mins Ingredients 1 Pound Cake, 16oz Frozen (thawed or homemade) 8 oz. soft caramels, such as Kraft, unwrapped 2 tbsp evaporated milk 6 oz. chocolate almond bark, found in the baking isle Instructions Place the pound cake on a sheet of parchment paper. Melt the caramel and evaporated milk in a double boiler, stirring until soft and smooth. Remove bowl from heat and let cool completely.
